The model says on Instagram that she had an extramarital affair with Maroon 5’s Adam Levine, and after they stopped talking, he wrote to ask if he could name his child after her.
Sumner Stroh, who is just shy of 350,000 followers on Instagram, announced in a TikTok video posted Monday. It is guaranteed that she has been seeing the devoted singer for about a year but did not explain when. Levine’s better half is Victoria’s Mystery model Behati Prinsloo.
“I had an extramarital affair with a man who was involved with a Victoria’s Mystery model. I was young at the time, I was naive, and frankly, I feel abused,” Stroh said in the video.
Levine was hitched to Prinsloo around 2014. The couple announced this month that they were expecting their third child. They have two little girls who are 4 and 5 years old.
In her TikTok video, Stroh shared a screenshot of an Instagram DM allegedly sent to her by Levine “after I stopped communicating with him for months.” The message goes, “Okay, serious question. I’m having another baby and assuming it’s a baby, I want to name him Sumner. Are you okay? Serious as a heart attack.”

Stroh guaranteed that she never intended to share the story openly, however she came close to it because she sent the screenshot to several associates and one of them tried to offer the story to the newspaper.
She shied away from participating in the venture, claiming that “my ethics were unknowingly compromised” and “I was completely in control”.
A representative for Levine did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Stroh’s video was viewed 7.5 times more in the 10 hours after she posted it. She later posted a follow-up video responding to the scientists, saying she wasn’t trying to play the person in question.
“I wasn’t trying to get sympathy in the slightest,” she said. “Besides, I fully acknowledge that I didn’t survive. I’m not the person who’s getting hurt here. It’s Behati and her youngsters, and for that please accept my apology.”

“The main part I got around is the way I was convinced, perhaps mistakenly, that their marriage was over. I accepted that they were keeping it quiet to stay away from the negative press on the basis that, as I said, I was in LA new, so I recently expected that with superstars of this type, that’s exactly the way it is,” she said.
“That’s also why I feel like I took advantage of it because he realized that I accepted everything he expressed because of my weak position of being new to LA,” she said. “Also, he was DMing me directly from his verified Instagram account. I had no valid excuse to inquire further. However, at this point, I understand that it was a reasonable control strategy on his part, you know, to just go unnoticed without asking tried.”
